I have returned to Freed-Hardeman for my third to last semester of college - sentiment that is both exciting and very scary. The classes I'm taking this semester are going to be really interesting and I am at least not dreading attending them. I'm taking classes like Human Sexuality and Diversity in America, neither of which pertain to my major. Part of me thinks that is why I am interested in taking them. It will be something to be involved in that is non-art for the first time in a long time.
I have a new roommate. It's a fish. Here he is.
He is a very attractive fellow, though his camera shy nature has perhaps prevented you from being able to see his handsomeness in this photo.
His name is Pope Finedict Aloicious Ratzinger. Pope Finny for short. His full name is derived from both the taken and given name of the current pope Benedict XVI, whose birth name is Joseph Aloicious Ratzinger, and who has (obviously) taken the name Benedict. Don't worry, I know it's a bit eccentric.
Anyway, pray he lives. I have a tendency to unintentionally kill fish.
