Teaching and Learning Center

The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) will serve as a resource for all faculty that are interested in incorporating technology into their pedagogy. There will be three individualized, private and sound proof rooms available as well as a centralized digital commons area. These rooms will used for creating or editing podcasts, video-casts, online content including Blackboard, specialized instructional training, testing Web 2.0 technologies, etc., all with the help of a dedicated Instructional Technologist. The digital commons utilized a fifty inch LCD panel to watch tutorials and "how-tos" including iTunes U resources and also serves as the location of faculty pedagogical technology references.
