Security / LionAlert

Freed-Hardeman University strives to provide a safe and effective learning environment for the students, faculty, and staff that are affiliated with our university.

To provide a mode of mass communication, we have solicited the use of e2Campus, a communication company that specializes in campus communications. With this partnership, we now have the ability to communicate with the student body quickly concerning emergency like situations or even bad weather.

LionAlert is what e2Campus is known as on FHU's campus. If a student registers online for LionAlert, they will receive emergency notifications via their cell phone and email address. In addition to these, FHU has deployed LionAlert on our iKnow Applications, student email lists, FHU's mobile website and on the homepage of www.fhu.edu. Our goal by this service is to communicate quickly with the student body concerning emergency situations.

We encourage all students to register, which is provided to students at no cost. Click below to register for LionAlert. It should only take a minute to complete the registration process.
