FHitness for U Wellness Program Details 2012-13
The FHitness for U Wellness Program for the 2012-13 school year will begin this fall. We will post the details when the program begins.
The incentive structure we used for this past year is below:
100 + "miles" = FHitness for U Performance t-shirt with moisture wicking technology
225 + "miles" = $40 gift card
400 + "miles" = “Shining Star” recognition award/trophy
Bible/devotional reading
1 "mile" max per week
Bible/devotional reading 1 "mile" max per week
Attend wellness seminar
10 "miles" per seminar
