Mission Statement
The goal of the FHitness for U wellness program is to encourage physical, spiritual, emotional, and financial wellness in each of our employees thereby contributing to a healthier, happier workplace.
Fall 2009 Details
The FHitness for U Fall 2009 wellness program, which began on September 8, 2009, is off to a great start. The program this semester is focused on a twelve (12) week competition comprised of twelve (12) teams of seven (7) for a total of eighty-four (84) participants or 30% of FHU employees. The teams are judged by how well the participants exercise, eat their fruits and veggies, drink water, practice stress relieving activities, and take part in organized races.
The winning team's members will each receive a $100 gift card at the end of the competition. Also, each month we have a drawing from all of the active participants for an additional wellness incentive. This month's winner received an iPod Shuffle!
