The following forms must be completed and submitted to the FHU Abroad Office in a timely manner in order to participate in the Bible Lands program. Additional paperwork is required of FHU students; contact the FHU Abroad Office for more details.

This form releases Freed-Hardeman University from legal responsibility for personal injury or property loss that a participant may experience while traveling. We must have an original in-ink signature on each form, so we require that participants mail or hand in the original form.

Scheduled payments must be made toward the program charge prior to participation in the program. (You may reference the payment schedule here.) If you withdraw from the program, a portion of your payments may be refunded, or you may be responsible for additional payments, depending on date of withdrawal as outlined in this policy.

Should an emergency arise while you are abroad, it is important that the FHU Abroad Office has emergency contact information for you, and it is important for us to be aware of any past or potential medical conditions that you may have. An honest and comprehensive evaluation of your health in this form is essential to your safety. The information that you provide cannot and will not be used to disqualify you from participation in the program.
