We at Freed-Hardeman University are committed to broadening the horizons of our students through travel and study abroad. Students come to a better understanding of their own culture through studying and experiencing other cultures as they travel and live in them.
Freed-Hardeman offers a semester-long program in Belgium which is characterized by the following:
• Students are accompanied and taught by FHU faculty.
• The program is open to all majors.
• The program is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors.
• Students attend daily chapel.
• A required Bible class is offered.
• A foreign language class is offered.
• Students and faculty work and worship with a local congregation.
• Meals are included in the program-except for independent travel.
• Laundry service is provided on site.
