Major in Communication

The Communication faculty offer a unique blend of real-life experience and academic preparation. Our students have rare opportunities to experience small class sizes while also receiving hands-on instruction. FHU maintains its own radio station (WFHU) and television station (FHn) as well as a newspaper, The Bell Tower.

Recent Communication alumni have proceeded to graduate school in Communication. Others have been accepted into law school. Still others have found successful careers in broadcasting, web design, promotions, sales, management and other exciting careers.

Our courses cover the essentials necessary to prepare students for success in the classroom, in the workplace, and in life. You’ll find professors who care about you and who want you to succeed. For more information about a degree in general Communication, please contact Dr. Garvis Semore at gsemore@fhu.edu.
