How do I request a transcript? 

Transcripts can be ordered in the Registrar's office at FHU, online at getmytranscript.com, or by faxing a request to 731-989-6650. Faxed requests must come from the student requesting the transcript and should contain the student's name, any former names used while in school, birthdate, email address, the full address of where to send the transcript, and the student's signature. The first transcript requested is free. All additional transcripts are $5 a piece. Payment can be mailed in the form of a check or money order to:

How do I register for classes?

After being made OK to register and being cleared by your advisor, current students may log into my.fhu.edu and register for their classes. 

 

What do I need to apply for graduation?

In order to graduate, all students must complete the Online Application to Graduate. The link for this application is under the Registrar webpage, "Graduation Requirements." Regalia will be ordered based upon the height and weight information provided in that application. Once the application is completed, all students should work with their advisor to ensure a completed counseling guide is completed before the deadline. For all dates and deadlines for graduation requirements, please see the Registrar webpage entitled, "Academic Dates and Deadlines." 

 

How do I transfer credits to FHU?

How do I receive permission to take a course at another institution?

You can fill out the permission form in your departmental office. 

What materials do I need to provide in order to be certified for eligible VA benefits? 
You should provide the Registrar with a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility and the Copy 4 of the DD-214 (discharge paperwork). If you are currently on active duty, or if you are the dependent of a parent's benefits that is still on active duty, the DD-214 will not be required. Each recipient of VA benefits will also need to complete a Veteran's Benefits Worksheet in the Registrar's office each academic year.
