Freed-Hardeman University expressly prohibits sexual violence, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment of students, faculty, and staff. These behaviors are unlawful and may subject those who engage in it to University sanctions as well as civil and criminal penalties. Freed-Hardeman University is committed to providing an environment of study and work free from gender discrimination, sexual misconduct, and sexual harassment and to ensure the accessibility of appropriate grievance procedures for addressing all complaints.
