Graduation Day - Please be on campus at 9:30am in the Hope Barber Shull Academic Resource Center (library). Please be dressed in your full regalia. The ARC will not be accessible after graduation so please do not bring any additional items with you. You will be provided a card with your name already printed on it. You are encouraged to add a phonetic spelling on the card if you are concerned about your name being pronounced correctly. Please give your full attention to Mrs. Carrie Stapleton and Mrs. Heidi Sprouse. They will be directing you for lineup.

Graduates may not decorate the top of his/her mortar (cap) to preserve the formality of the ceremony.

Processional. Graduates who arrive late will not be seated with the other graduates, but will be allowed to walk across state at the appropriate time.

Regalia Information – August graduates may pick up regalia now. For November graduates, regalia will be available for pick up beginning November 9, 2020. Regalia may be picked up on the Henderson campus at the University Bookstore. For additional information, contact Katie Nixon at the University Bookstore (knixon@fhu.edu, 731-989-6672)
For Memphis graduates, regalia may be picked up at the Bucy Center from Mrs. Sandra Hudley on November 16-18 between 9:00am - 5:00pm.
For Dickson graduates, regalia may be picked up at the Renaissance Center from Mrs. Demetria Walker, November 16-18 between the hours of 9:00am - 4:30pm.
Regalia Information

Undergraduate graduates: Wear cap, gown, and tassel. If applicable, student will wear honor cords, Alpha Chi medallion, and/or Honors College stole.

Dual BBA/MBA graduates: Wear Master’s regalia along with any undergraduate honor regalia earned as Alpha Chi, honor cords and/or Honors College stole

Master’s degree graduates: Wear cap, gown, tassel, hood, college stole,* and medallion*

M.Div. or Education Specialist graduates: Wear cap, gown, tassel, hood, college stole,* and medallion*. In addition, each will be presented a pin to be affixed on stage.

Doctoral graduates: Wear doctoral robes, college stoles*, cap, and tassel. Each Doctoral recipient will be hooded on stage. IF a student has previously earned an Education Specialist degree and purchased a medallion, he/she may wear it. Medallions will not be provided for Doctoral graduates.
