Admissions Process
Before you begin registration, make sure you fit the following criteria: - Good standing as a junior or senior in high school
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
- ACT score required by your high school
- Approved dual enrollment application
- Approval from parent or guardian
- High school principal or counselor approval
How to Register for Dual Enrollment: - Apply for Tennessee HOPE Dual Enrollment Grant (http://www.tn.gov/collegepays/mon_college/dual_enroll_grant_rules.htm) If you have already applied for the upcoming year, you may go to step 2. You may only apply for the grant for one institution.
- Register for class via my.fhu.edu portal (For directions on how to register for class, click here.)
- After being admitted, new students will receive an email with my.fhu.edu login information
- Students already admitted to FHU may use their existing login. Already admitted students will need to notify Preston Pinson (731-989-6225) to be cleared for enrollment.
- Students may enroll in a class through the fifth day that the class meets.
- Pay balance of tuition and fees through my.fhu.edu portal or by contacting FHU’s student account office at 731-989-6363. Tuition is due by the fifth day of classes. (For more information on Tuition and Payment, click here)
