Early Admit Sophomores

With our new online associate of arts degree, an exceptional, selected cohort of high school sophomores will have the opportunity to simultaneously complete their AA degree while finishing the requirements for their high school diploma.  

Students who are interested in this program must complete the application and submit the following admissions criteria:

  • Two academic letters of recommendation; AND

  • A proctored essay; 500 word minimum; AND

  • A cumulative high school GPA of 3.25 or higher and ACT composite score of 21 or higher or SAT equivalent; OR cumulative high school GPA or 3.75 or higher.

 

Students participating in the Early Admission Program may not participate in intercollegiate sports, intramural sports, travel as representatives of the University, participate in Makin' Music, become a member of a social club, or participate in UPC, CDT, SAA, and SGA.
