Repetitive movement injuries are a common office injury. Most of us spend hours each day typing, using the mouse, or writing at our desks. These types of movements can cause serious injuries to our hands, arms, and neck/back. The way you can prevent being injured at work rests mainly with your workstation set up and your body posture.

Repetitive motion injuries are very painful to the employee and can lead to lost time away from work. Contact your supervisor if you think your workstation may need adjusting.
