Our mission is simple: deliver technology services, so our clients can focus on their businesses. Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate opening for an IT Consultant. Job responsibilities include troubleshooting MS Windows operating systems and MS compatible applications. Proficiency with troubleshooting hardware-related problems with desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and printers is required. An understanding of general Windows networks and TCP/IP is also required. A+ or Network+ Certification or the willingness to become certified is preferred. Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to provide positive customer service.
