Birmingham Artist to Show Work at FHU

Jedidiah Alford, a freelance artist from Birmingham, will be the featured artist Jan. 29-Feb. 27 at Freed-Hardeman University’s Troy Plunk Gallery on the FHU campus.

The opening reception and artist’s talk for “Job: How to Endure” are set for Jan. 29, 5-7 p.m. The gallery, located on White Avenue, is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Alford, who holds a Bachelor of Arts from FHU, does commissioned work in the traditional arts, including oil and acrylic painting, inking and penciling.
