FHU Names New Ambassadors

Seven students have been named members of the Ambassadors, a Freed-Hardeman University a cappella ensemble. An FHU tradition, the Ambassadors perform spiritual songs at churches, youth rallies and Christian schools throughout the year.


The 2013-14 members, selected by audition, are Anna Farley, a sophomore pre-nursing student from Jackson, Tenn.; Aubrey Davidson, a senior biology major from Benton, Ky.; Charlie Stoltz, a sophomore accounting major from Columbia, Tenn.; and Jacob Robertson, a sophomore biochemistry major from Henderson.

Other members are Kristin Gooch, a sophomore special education major from Eads, Tenn.; Matt Kyser, a junior exercise science major from Houston, Texas; and Mitchell Bazzel, a senior marketing major from Decatur, Ala.

Musical director of the group is Derrick DePriest, a member of the singing group from 2004-2005. DePriest is West Tennessee Regional Manager of Clayton Bank and Trust in Henderson.
