FHU to Host Mission Emphasis Days

September 8, 2014

Freed-Hardeman University is hosting Mission Emphasis Days Sept. 9-10 to better acquaint the entire student body with the concept of missions and to increase interest and involvement in missionary work. Four missionaries will speak to students during their Bible class periods, at chapel and Wednesday night at the Henderson and Estes churches of Christ.

FHU College of Business, Leadership Center to Host Leadership Series

The Freed-Hardeman University College of Business and the Ayers Center for Student Leadership have partnered to host a series of events this academic year at FHU. The first event, set for Sept. 16 at 4 p.m. in Ayers Auditorium, will feature James Dusenberry, president of Regions Bank for the West Tennessee Community Markets. Also a former Army Ranger, he will discuss Leadership: A Call to Serve.
