Freed-Hardeman University has expanded its programs in Memphis to include all graduate degrees as well as an undergraduate degree completion program, according to Dr. Jesse Robertson, dean of graduate studies and outreach. The Memphis satellite campus is located at 5565 Shelby Oaks Drive and allows FHU to provide a combination of on-campus, online, web conference and hybrid courses in the greater Memphis area. Graduate degrees in Bible, business, education and counseling are all available. Also, students with an associate’s degree can now complete a Bachelor of Business Administration in as little as 18 months in the Memphis program.
As an incentive for new graduate students, the university is offering a special tuition rate for the fall of 2013. New students who enroll in six or more graduate hours this fall will receive a tuition waiver for three of the hours. The university is making the “6 for 3” offer to encourage new students to try graduate courses. “It is an excellent opportunity to find out if graduate school is a good option for them,” Robertson said. Scholarships are available for the BBA degree completion program.
