Language and literacy are essential skills needed for students to be successful academically, socially, and professionally. Understanding the development, instruction, and assessment of both literacy and English as a Second Language provides teachers with an understanding of how to meet the language needs of all students.
Our program provides research based practices that prepare school and teacher leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in supporting both literacy and English as a second language instruction.
