Retired from 22 years of teaching culinary arts. I was awarded the Ohio ProStart Teacher of Excellence and the Ohio Restaurant Association awarded me the Ohio outstanding industry educator. We moved to Oklahoma where I am working as a educational consultant to Oklahoma ProStart and writing a digital culinary management curriculum for an educational company.
