Mar. 18, 2016

by Dr. Kevin L. Moore, Director of Missions Studies

At least 207 FHU students, faculty and staff are involved in Spring Break campaigns this year, traveling to six U.S. states and three foreign countries.

Activities include medical missions, building houses, working with children, youth activities, devotionals and worship services, various service projects, and evangelistic outreach via canvassing, door-knocking, Bible studies, VBS, and gospel meetings.

Here are the ten groups we know about, although there may be others of whom we haven’t been informed:

1. Dominican Republic: Sigma Rho (25), contact Zach Holloway, Rayna Glass.

2. Hillsboro, TN: Bethel Springs church (19), contact Jim Barr.

3. Martinsburg, WV: XBX (20), contact Keith Pickard.

4. Panama: 4th St. church Selmer/LAM (24), contact Kirk Brothers.

5. Potters Children's Home, KY: PKA (22), contact Dalton Todd.

6. Spencer, Wisconsin: FHU (13), contact Neil Stidolph.

7. Tegucigalpa, Honduras: XBX (18), contact Jeff Smith.

9. Valrico, FL: Theta Nu (12), contact Dylan Armstrong.

10. White House church, Nashville, TN: Xi Chi (35), contact Brooke Pace, Matt Vega.

Prayers are appreciated. Thank God for opportunities to serve.
