1. When will I receive my tickets?
a. Tickets will be mailed the week before Thanksgiving
2. Will I have to wear a mask?
a. Yes. Masks are required in all locations on campus. They may be removed while eating
3. Why don’t my tickets have seat numbers on them?
a. To maximize seating capacity and to maintain social distancing, guests will be seated by ushers as they arrive.
4. What about social distancing?
a. We will follow social distancing guidelines throughout the campus including dinner locations and seating in Loyd Auditorium
5. Will live streaming be available?
a. Yes. On the day of the event a link to watch the program will be sent to everyone who has secured a ticket or sponsorship.
6. Where do I park?
a. You can park in any available spaces around campus.
b. Our students will have already returned home for the semester so there will be ample and more convenient parking available this year.
c. A parking map will be provided in your ticket packet
7. What is Christmas in the Commons?
a. A special new feature for 2020
b. Christmas in the Commons is filled with yuletide cheer and ole-timey Christmas spirit
c. There will be costumed carolers and free horse and carriage rides around Bader Green
d. The Merry Market will have a variety of wonderful vendors for Christmas shopping.
e. FHbrew Coffee will be available from the FHU Associates
8. What is the Merry Market?
a. The Merry Market is the perfect place to begin your holiday shopping.
b. It will feature a variety of wonderful vendors for Christmas shopping.
c. Also, you can buy bags of FHBrew Coffee from the FHU Associates and further support our students.
d. Conveniently store your purchase at our “bag check” area until after the program.
e. You can also enjoy horse and carriage rides around Bader Green while listening to Christmas carols from our festive singers.
9. What time does dinner start?
a. All dinner locations will serve from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
b. Please refer to your ticket packet for your location and specific dinner time.
c. Dinner times will be staggered in the Brewer Sports Center and Wallace-Gano Dining Hall. Refer to your tickets to see if you are scheduled for either 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM.
10. Is there reserved parking?
a. Yes for Platinum sponsors and above. If you have any special needs, you can request that on your ticket order form or you may call 731-989-6017.
11. What should I wear?
a. Most of our guests dress for business casual or business.
12. What is the process for guest screening?
a. All guests will be screened before entering.
B. Stop at the concierge station for a temperature check. If your temperature is above 100.4 you will not be able to enter the venues.
C. You will receive a “Protect the Pride” sticker to identify that you have been screened. We ask that you wear it throughout the evening.
