Position Summary:
The successful Regional Admissions Director will cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and other FHU stakeholders in an assigned territory; assist senior-level inquiries and applicants to Freed-Hardeman University in matriculating from inquiry or applicant stage to enrollment or cancellation; and provide a first-class Freed-Hardeman experience for all.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with senior inquiry- and applicant-level students by establishing and maintaining phone, electronic, and in-person contact.
- 25 applicants per week
- 100% of inquiries per semester
- Complete a minimum of six (6) visits per month.

- One-on-one Meetings (outside a church, school, or event visit)
- Provide an exceptional campus visit experience to all senior-level prospects, inquiries, or applicants from assigned territory.
- Record all visits and prospective student contact in TargetX (including campus visits)
- Exceed funnel and matriculation goals set for assigned territory within a given recruitment cycle.
- Manage expense budgets and purchase card requirements.
- Participate with on-campus events and off-campus team events.
- Manage an assigned intern.
- Participate in all office professional development opportunities and seek out personal professional development opportunities (i.e., webinars, conferences, workshops).
- If assigned, maintain a secondary responsibility (i.e., social media, marketing, CDT coordination)
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement by assessing and enhancing recruitment activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
