FHU’s Winter Commencement Set for Dec. 13

More than 120 Freed-Hardeman University students will participate in winter commencement exercises Friday, Dec. 13, 2019, at 6:00pm in Loyd Auditorium. The total includes 58 who will receive baccalaureate degrees and 71 who will receive graduate degrees.

 

Doctoral degrees will be conferred upon seven students, including the university’s first Doctor of Behavioral Health. Rebecca Gatlin of Ripley, Tennessee, will receive the DBH. The following six students will receive the Doctor of Education degree: Larry Ivery II, formerly of Henderson but now living in Cordova, Tennessee; Shiradon Kirk, Henderson; Rose Monroe, Memphis; Lori Oduyoye, Memphis; and Crystal Robinson, Hernando, Mississippi.

Following commencement, graduates and their families are invited to attend a reception in Brewer Sports Center hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement.
