Freed-Hardeman University students have chosen their representatives on the 2019 Homecoming court. The court will be presented Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the 10:30am chapel service in Loyd Auditorium. The queen and king will be announced Saturday, Nov. 9, at halftime of the Lady Lion basketball game.

Freed-Hardeman University’s Pied Pipers, Company II will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the formation of the troupe at FHU with a reunion of former Pipers Saturday, Nov. 9, during Homecoming festivities. In addition, this date will mark a revival of the Pied Pipers at FHU.

Mark Alan Springer, BMI Country Songwriter of the Year in 1998, will present “Behind the Hits” Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, at 7:30pm in Freed-Hardeman University’s Ayers Auditorium. Proceeds will benefit the Lady Lion basketball program.

The public is invited to attend the Grand Re-opening of Freed-Hardeman University’s Old Main Friday, Nov. 8, at 2:00pm on the front lawn of the building located at 158 East Main in Henderson. The event coincides with Homecoming and Founders’ Day and is a part of the observation of FHU’s 150th year.
